You send your order through WhatsApp, phone or our contact form — brand, gsm, and quantity of A4 or A3 paper needed. We check live stock at 255 Chamberlain Road, Mobeni East and confirm availability, usually within the hour.
We send a clear price for reams, boxes or pallets, including delivery cost if applicable. Once you confirm, your order is logged and reserved from stock.
Our warehouse team pulls your paper from the shelf, checks quantities against your order, and packs it for either collection or transport — reams shrink-wrapped, boxes strapped, pallets secured.
Orders placed and confirmed in the morning are typically dispatched the same day; afternoon orders go out first thing the next morning. We route deliveries by area to keep timing predictable.
Our driver delivers to your address and you sign off on the delivery note — or, if you prefer, collect directly from our Mobeni East warehouse at a time that suits you.
Most Durban-area orders confirmed before midday are delivered the same or next working day.
